Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

How to Track

  1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Zenorat
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number
  3. Visit the relevant carrier website below and enter your tracking number

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment

Tracking Not Updating?

It can take up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at londonzenoratstore@gmail.com with your order number.
