How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At the moment, we ship to UK addresses only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page for carrier links.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and reason for return to start the process.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

We will offer a full refund or free replacement with no questions asked. Please email us with a photo of the item and your order number.
